Nancy Leann (Noftsger) Lyke

Nancy Leann Lyke, 65, of Plymouth, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne.

She was born on May 3, 1960 in Rochester, Indiana to Benjamin and Dorothy (Dias) Noftsger. Nancy married LeRoy Lyke.  Nancy loved her family and she loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Nancy is survived by her husband, LeRoy, and her daughter, Shannon Brown of Franklin, Kentucky. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and siblings: Peter Noftsger of Michigan, Roxie Hutchison, Teresa Maynard, Bonnie Hicks, Sara Onoroto, and Helen Weese all of Rochester, Indiana. Also surviving are brothers-in-law: Dean Lyke of Auburn, Indiana, Everett (Darlene) Lyke of Claypool, Indiana, Ray (Espie) Lyke of San Diego, California, sister-in-law, Patty (Rod) Correll of Peru, Indiana, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Benjamin Noftsger, sister Theann Noftsger, and brother-in-law, Richard (Rick) Lyke.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Nancy’s honor on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Zion Chapel Church, 915 South Broadway, Peru, Indiana. A memorial service will follow at 12:00pm with Pastor Rod Correll officiating.
